The Results Are In!

It's official! Many of you know I used to be a certified personal trainer and taught a weight management class for a couple of years. Since "retiring" in December I have been conducting a personalized primary research study and the results are in. Lack of exercise combined with a diet high in potato chips (chips and salsa... BB-Q or Jalapeno varieties all showed similar results) will indeed cause participants to gain weight and decrease (significantly) lean muscle mass. I should add that the study was conducted on only 1 sample (a.k.a. ME!) Guess it's back to the gym and the whole food section of the grocery store.... uggggg! See you at the club!
